Originateve learning methodology is focused on building relationships prior as a conduit for content. Curriculum is not independently important but rather the ingredients for a meal that all learning participants, students and mentors, engage in mutually. Mentors model learning and are trained to highlight learning in individuals regardless of its connection to the local curriculum. Relationship is a broad continuum that includes all relations: plants, animals, humans, and cosmos. Relationship is also seen as the developmental process with discreet skills: literacy, a musical instrument, painting/ drawing etc.
